Refund policy
We make order natto, therefore, we expect customers know that it generally takes about a week for their natto to be ready for shipment or delivery. Since it is made to order, we will not accept any cancelation or refund requests. If you cancel, the money will not be refunded. Under a special situation, we will give store credits for future purchases. We normally make more natto than the orders. So, you may receive fresh natto in less than a week.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
